IPPS 2017

4th-5th October 2017

We thoroughly enjoyed welcoming delegates to IPPS 2017 in Llandudno in October 2017. The programme of talks, posters and trade exhibits was well recieved, and a great deal of networking and fruitful discussions between delegates meant the event was a success.

The team at BC would like to thank all our sponsors, speakers and poster presenters for making the event such a success.

During the conference dinner we awarded the Harry Earl Memorial Prize to Ana-Maria Fereia of the University of Porto. Earlier in the afternoon Ana-Maria had given an oral presentation about the use of magnesium lignosulfanates in urea resins. The award was presented by Dr Rob Elias, Keith Godber (CRC Chemical Release Company Ltd) and Chris Ryan (Kronospan), pictured with Ana-Maria.

If you missed the event you can find out more in the write up published in Wood Based Panels International (WBPI report). We hope you will join us next time! The final programme is still available programme here.
