Welcome to the International Panel Products Symposium homepage. IPPS is the leading technical conference on wood based panels and runs every two years. The sessions include all aspects of panel production technology, feedstocks, resins and additives, market analysis and the use of wood based panels in furniture, construction applications and innovative applications.

IPPS 2025

1st-2nd October 2025

The BioComposites Centre are pleased to announce the dates for IPPS 2025. This year the conference will be held on 1st and 2nd October at the Imperial Hotel in Llandudno.

The event will featured high quality research presentations, insights into current trends in the wood panels sector, plenty of opportunities to network with academics and industry, friendly staff and what we like to think of as one of the most fun and inclusive conference dinners!

IPPS 2023 review

In October 2023 the International Panel Products Symposium (IPPS) returned to Llandudno for a successful two days. After a three-year break due to the Covid-19 pandemic it was good to welcome back seasoned IPPS delegates and to meet many new delegates who had joined the sector.
